Cause:
Not all monitors are listed within the standard Windows driver listing because of the wide variety of monitors and monitors created after the operating system was created.
Solution:
It is not at all abnormal for a monitor to not have a driver diskette because of wide variety of compatible drivers Windows already has within its base load. If your monitor is not loading, select a monitor that has a similar or close model number to the monitor you have or install a standard monitor.Additional Information:
Expect to see a drivers diskette or CD in one of the below circumstances.
- Monitor has special features, such as a USB monitor.
- Monitor is incompatible with the standard base load of Windows monitor drivers.
- Monitor settings are adjusted through software.
- Monitor has other advanced features not found on a standard monitor.
